These Terms of Use govern purchases you make on the Gummy Weld website, Motorcycles-Protect.com, available by desktop or mobile web, controlled by Motorcycles-Protect (\u201dwe\u201d, \u201dus\u201d or \u201dGW\u201d).<\/span><\/p>

ORDER ACCEPTANCE<\/span><\/h2>

After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail with your order number, details of the product you have ordered from us, your payment details, and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgment that we have accepted your order.<\/span><\/p>

Once your order has been processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about your order. We recommend that you save the confirmations to facilitate any future contact with our customer service.<\/span><\/p>

PAYMENT<\/span><\/h2>

The following payments are accepted:<\/span><\/p>

1. CREDIT CARDS AND DEBIT CARDS<\/b><\/h3>

Payment can be made by the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB, and Maestro. Please note that your card is debited with the purchase amount once GW has sent you the order confirmation email. All credit\/debit card transactions on the Site are processed using Molly, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon acceptance of your order by GW. You confirm that the credit\/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit\/debit card to use it. All credit\/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, your order will be canceled. We are not responsible for any charges or penalties which may be imposed by the payment provider as a result of payment being processed in respect of your order.<\/span><\/p>

2. PAYPAL<\/b><\/h3>

When selecting the PayPal option, you will be directed to the PayPal site to \u201dLog In\u201d and review the amount shown before clicking \u201dPay Now\u201d. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to the Site.<\/span><\/p>

DELIVERY CONDITIONS<\/b><\/h2>

We offer different shipping methods to meet your needs as further specified when you check out.<\/span><\/p>

We reserve the right to charge a cost of $20 for uncollected packages that are returned from the shipping company to us, as well as packages that are returned due to incomplete or incorrect address from the customer as cover for shipping and handling costs.<\/span><\/p>

Dispatch of orders may take up to 8 business days but we aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days during weekdays. Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and commence from the date of dispatch. The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and\/or stock availability. If you need your purchase urgently, please contact us before placing your order so that we will have the opportunity to investigate whether we can deliver according to your wishes.<\/span><\/p>

RETURNS<\/b><\/h3>

If you would like to return a product, please send us an e-mail to contact@Motorcycles-Protect.com to get instructions on how to complete the return request.<\/span><\/p>

You as a customer will need to pay the shipping cost for returning the products for a refund.<\/span><\/p>

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS<\/b><\/h3>

If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately by e-mail to contact@Motorcycles-Protect.com and within a reasonable time after you have detected that the products are defective. Please note that we will not be able to handle returned products without your prior contact with our customer service. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it to enable us to approve a complaint. If GW reasonably determines that the products are in fact defective, Motorcycles-Protect will compensate you with a non-defective similar replacement item.<\/span><\/p>

LIABILITY<\/b><\/h2>

Motorcycles-Protect\u2019s liabilities to you are limited in each separate case to these Terms unless otherwise is stipulated by law. Motorcycles-Protect\u2019s liabilities to you for any cause whatsoever will never exceed your total purchase amount for the order.<\/span><\/p>

In no case whatsoever will Motorcycles-Protect assume any liability for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages such as loss of profit or in case of force majeure such as war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics or similar events.<\/span><\/p>
